Return/Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY - TIME LIMIT:

We accept Returns only by mail:

Our return policy has a maximum period of 15 days from the date you received your purchase and covers all products available on our website. If more than 15 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

We only refund the purchase of any item if it is defective, damaged, or if the issue arises due to our negligence, the manufacturer's, or the shipping company's. If you need to request a refund, please send us an email by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page. We make sure to respond to all emails within a 24-hour timeframe.

Keep in mind that we only process returns or exchanges for products via email.

Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

All the products we offer operate on a print-on-demand business model. This means that when you place an order, a production order is generated immediately for the printing of the selected design on the product. The time it takes for you to receive the product is the sum of the order processing, production, packaging, and shipping times through an authorized courier company in the USA. We exclusively offer our products within the United States.

There are specific situations in which refunds or returns are not granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery will be deemed ineligible for return.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page to send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page. We make sure to answer all emails within a 24-hour timeframe.

Return Label:

To return your product, please email us for instructions, and we will respond within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
